Die Wirsingbl\u00e4tter vorsichtig abgie\u00dfen, ohne sie zu besch\u00e4digen, und auf K\u00fcchenpapier abk\u00fchlen lassen.<\/p>\n<p>In der Zwischenzeit die getrockneten Tomaten, Oliven, Kapern, Sardellen, Mandeln und die Zitronenschale hacken.<\/p>\n<p>Auf jedes Wirsingblatt eines der ges\u00e4uberten und gewaschenen Makrelenfilets legen.<br \/>\nDie gerade gehackten Zutaten auf den Filets verteilen, mit Gomasio w\u00fcrzen, das Oliven\u00f6l Extra Vergine dar\u00fcber geben und die Filets in die Wirsingbl\u00e4tter wickeln.<br \/>\nAus dem Backpapier 4 Sch\u00e4lchen formen und einen Wirsingwickel in jedes Sch\u00e4lchen legen, dann das Papier (wie Bonbonpapier) zusammenfalten.<br \/>\nIm vorgeheizten Backofen bei 160\u00b0C 15-18 Minuten garen.<\/p>\n<p>Den Fenchel in feine Stifte schneiden und mit sehr wenig Wasser und etwas Oliven\u00f6l Extra Vergine 2-3 Minuten in der Pfanne schwenken.<br \/>\nDen Fenchel mit der Tamari-Sauce w\u00fcrzen.<br \/>\nWenn die Filets gar sind, das Papier oben \u00f6ffnen, mit dem Fenchel garnieren, auf dem Teller anrichten und servieren.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Et voil\u00e0!<\/em> Lassen Sie es sich schmecken.<\/strong><br \/>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=&#8220;12319&#8243; img_size=&#8220;full&#8220; alignment=&#8220;center&#8220;][vc_single_image image=&#8220;12323&#8243; img_size=&#8220;full&#8220; alignment=&#8220;center&#8220;][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h3>WISSENSWERTES<\/h3>\n<p>Wirsing: Eigenschaften und interessante Fakten<br \/>\nWirsing geh\u00f6rt zu den Gem\u00fcsekohlen und \u00e4hnelt dem Wei\u00dfkohl.<br \/>\nSeine Bl\u00e4tter haben eine kr\u00e4ftige dunkelgr\u00fcne Farbe, sind deutlich gerippt und blasig gekr\u00e4uselt.<br \/>\nEr wird vor allem in Mittel- und Norditalien angebaut.<br \/>\nWirsing ist sehr schmackhaft, kann auch roh verzehrt werden und ist kalorienarm: 100 g Wirsing enthalten ca. 25 Kalorien. Er hat einen hohen Wasser- und Ballaststoffgehalt sowie Kalium und Vitamin K.<br \/>\nAu\u00dferdem enth\u00e4lt er die Vitamine A, C und E, die wichtig f\u00fcr die Gesundheit der Augen und der Haut sind.<br \/>\nWirsing ist reich an Antioxidantien und eine Quelle f\u00fcr Vitamine der Gruppe B sowie f\u00fcr Calcium, Fluor und Magnesium und versorgt unseren K\u00f6rper mit Eisen.
